--- OVERVIEW ---

Gui and I originally set out to create a top-down office shooter, but it didn't quite fit into the 'experimental' category that we were hoping for, so we quickly jumped ship to a more narrative-driven game.

Using Unity and Playmaker (a Unity scripting plug-in), it was fairly easy to piece everything together once we both agreed on the overall feel and concept.

It wasn't necessarily the Unity engine that made things easier, but knowing that we had that particular plug-in at our fingertips helped a ton.

We also used another plug-in called 'Narrate', which made text narration a breeze. There are basically multiple proximity triggers and timers, which trigger once the player collides with them.

The subject matter was also very appealing since Gui is an international student, therefore his input on the project was paramount to capturing that 'homesick' feeling.

Amazing. Just, purely awseome. Thanks for the experiance.

Thanks for playing, man. Funny enough, this was originally supposed to be a twinstick shopping cart shooter before we agreed on making a more personal first person narrative.

Cheers!

I'm brazilian too! I understand the feeling. I'm far from home, far from my mom. I'm 18 years old and I'm in university, wich is far from my home. Thanks for the game.
